The price rate,the Location. The motel was a good standard and we enjoyed it and would stay there again.If anyone could' manage stairs would have to ask for ground level room.

no bread board, table and chairs hard to sit at without moving them and then creating an obstruction, very little hanging space- apart from the bread board it will be hard to correct these (design faults).

The responsiveness and willingness of the staff to fix any issues that arose was mind-blowing. The bed was super firm and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The unit itself was incredibly roomy and comfortable, exceeding all expectations. The hosts were always friendly and helpful, going out of their way to provide storage for our bikes. The easy availability of towels for the hot pools was a jaw-dropping convenience. The full service provided was really appreciated, especially after experiencing a lack of it elsewhere. The owners were truly amazing, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The location was top-notch, being centrally located between the pools and the newer area of town. Being within walking distance to shops and attractions made exploring a breeze. The spa bath was absolutely fabulous, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with great supplies, and the blanket on the couch was a nice added bonus. our experience was outstanding and we definitely plan on staying again.

Motel was spacious with places to put things for extended stay. Superking bed was extremely comfortable and the hosts were helpful in putting on heating prior to our arrival and they made us feel very welcome. Well equipped kitchen, including stove.

Soap tended to dry the skin out.

I was grateful to be able to access my room three hours early, as I was travelling with a 9week old. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was super cool, right in the heart of Hanmer Springs with all the awesome shops, restaurants, and bars just a stone's throw away. We had a blast exploring the beautiful forest walks and getting our adrenaline fix with some epic 4-wheel mountain biking. The motel itself was top-notch, with comfy beds, clean rooms, and friendly hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It was the perfect base for our adventurous getaway with friends!

If there's one thing we'd ask for a better time as young party-goers, it would be more late-night activities in Hanmer Springs. While there were some cool bars and restaurants, we were hoping for more options for late-night fun.

Fantastic location near the heart of Hanmer village, restaurants, and hot pools. Comfortable room with great little kitchen and a huge bed (quite soft).

Had some minor issues with hot water - not hot enough for me, and seemed to only have enough hot water for 2 short-ish showers (studio room).

Perfect location for hot pools, restaurants, and activities. Friendly staff. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Convenient car parking.

rooms are a bit small and could do wirth a referb. Bar next door was noisy until late.

We stayed at Asure Hanmer Inn Motel for a few nights and it was perfect for our needs. The location was central, close to everything we wanted to do, yet quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the furniture. The owners were incredibly hospitable and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. a great experience and we would definitely recommend it.
